Share key details about your league so we can ensure everything runs smoothly

Take all the time you need to review and sign it. Since the agreement contains only standard terms, we do not make customer-specific edits.
There is a $250 refundable deposit required to hold your place in the signup queue and let us know you’re serious.

Complete a brief training to ensure the Dart Ambassador understands the Admin Portal and the version of darts that Dart Genius plays — called Baseball.
Choose a start date. This can be any time between January 1st and March 15th.
Let us know where to ship your dart boards, stands and darts.
Support — At onboarding, you’ll be assigned a Dart Genius Team member who is focused specifically on the success of your club. Reach out any time with questions or suggestions on how we can make league experiences even better.
Announce the League to Members
We’ll provide you with tailored flyers, emails, and other marketing material to help you hype up the season
STEP THREE - 2 months before league start
Members can now begin signing up, downloading the app (iOS & Android) and forming teams. Once a player has created an account, team captains will be able to invite them to join a team.
Team sizes are 4-6 players to account for inevitable no-shows while still ensuring plenty of playing time per week.
Review simple training materials on Baseball — the dart game used by Dart Genius.
STEP FOUR - 1 month before league start
Finalize Teams & League Day
STEP FIVE - 2 weeks before league start
Dart Boards & Darts Arrive
You’ll receive setup instructions at the time of shipping, along with a tracking number
By this point, most teams should be finalized, and free agents assigned.
Choose a day of the week that works best for your club.
We’ll also be helping to remind users from our end to create accounts and choose teams. No active emailing is required by you, but sometimes a personal touch from the Dart Commissioner goes a long way.
Encourage members to complete team rosters, although these can be fluid throughout the season
Our custom-built boards and stands ensure safe gameplay and simple setup.
At many of our current clubs, members take out the boards all year round for impromptu matches.
If equipment breaks during gameplay, just message us — we’ll ship out replacements immediately.
Admins create the schedule with just a couple of clicks, which is then communicated to members via automated emails and through the mobile app.
Teams arrive for the first night of gameplay and find their assigned opponent at the correct dart board.
Players score games as they progress, with handicaps and win/loss records automatically tabulated.
Individual players also receive a rolling absolute ranking, so there’s no question who’s the best in the club at any given moment.
We’ll check in periodically, but you’re always welcome to reach out anytime.
STEP SIX - The day of league start
Scheduling and Kickoff
Opening night is always a riot. We’ll be standing by for any questions or clarifications
STEP SEVEN - At the end of the season
Playoff Action
One-click playoff brackets with built-in matchups based on end-of-season standings
Watch top teams face off as the action heats up. Trophies, bragging rights, and a whole lot more are on the line.
Local clubs often host invitational tournaments so you can prove you’re the best dart-playing club in town.
If your club is interested in custom trophies, just say the word and we’ll have them shipped directly.
